01 — How work comes in
One job, one tiler, one answer.
A customer sees you are free and sends the job to you and nobody else. You get a set time to answer. Take it or leave it; if you leave it, it goes back to somebody else.
Nobody else is asked
While your clock runs the job is only yours. No quoting against four others for the same bathroom.
Passing is free
Pass it, or let the timer run out, and it goes back to somebody else. Your rating only comes from finished jobs.

02 — Trade to trade
The other trades are on here too.
Signed in as a tradie, you get the whole customer side pointed at other trades: see who is free, what they charge for a day, and ask them the same way a customer asks you. Work in both directions.
Who asks you
The builder with a bathroom ready for tiling. The plumber who has just set out a shower. The carpenter who has fixed the floor and needs it finished.
Who you ask
A plumber for the set-out or a mixer that is in the wrong place. A carpenter when the floor moves. A labourer to carry the pallets up three flights.
03 — Checkable, not vouched for
What you hold, shown as you hold it.
Whatever you hold goes on your profile with its number and expiry: a registration, your White Card, your public liability. If it is not on our list, you type its name.

A lapsed policy says "lapsed", with the date, rather than disappearing. Hiding it would make a lapsed policy look like no policy. The app tells you sixty days out.
04 — What you charge
They see your rate before they ring.
Your call-out, your hourly range and your day rate sit on your card the moment somebody taps your pin. All three are optional and independent, and a blank one shows nothing rather than a warning.
We don’t take a cut. The app never takes a payment and never asks anybody for a card. What the job costs is between you and whoever asked.
05 — Your map, your terms
You choose when you’re on it.
Customers see a rough area about 500 metres across, snapped to a fixed grid. Never your exact spot, never your address.
One tap takes you off the map entirely, and you can set it to hide you at knock-off and put you back in the morning. Off means your phone stops sending, not that we hide you at our end.
06 — Straight answers
What tilers ask us.
Can I show my insurance and tickets?
Yes. Your public liability goes on with the insurer, the cover and the expiry, and anything else you hold, a White Card or a registration, goes on with its number. A lapsed policy is shown as lapsed rather than hidden, and the app tells you sixty days before it happens.
Who asks tilers for work?
Customers near you, and other trades: builders with a bathroom ready, plumbers who have just set out a shower. Signed in as a tradie, they see who is free and ask the same way a customer does.
Do I pay per lead?
No. There are no lead fees and no credits. A customer picks you and asks you, and while you are deciding nobody else has been asked.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Listings are free while we’re building the map, and there’s nothing to buy in order to receive work. If that ever changes we’ll tell you well before it does.
Can customers see where I live?
No. They see a circle about 500 metres across, snapped to a fixed grid before it ever leaves the server: never a point, and never your address. You can drop to a 5 km circle that only shows up in a count, or go off the map entirely.
